God is great! Follow your dreams, but with focus and realization the path chosen will have its challenges however, giving up is not an option. . I’ve always strongly believed, Nigerian cuisine has what it takes to stand alongside the more celebrated cuisines in the culinary industry; we just have to be bold enough to tell our stories; and that, we are! . I am incredibly honored, grateful, excited to be presenting a dinner titled “THIS IS NIGERIA” on one of the most prestigious culinary platforms -James Beard House- Sept 29th. The menu to be inspired by the main geographical/cultural regions in Nigeria. . If you’re in New York at that time, I hope to see you! If you can’t be there, watch the dinner livestream on the James Beard website. . 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾😀🤗🍊🌽🥘🍽🌶🍅🥔🦐🦀🐟🇳🇬 📸 @tundeowolabistudios . @beardfoundation #jamesbeard #nigerianfood #nigeriancuisine #nigerianchef #thisisnigeria #lagos #nigeria

  1. I am always worried when I see a list of best chefs in Nigeria and there is no mention of Chef Carlos Azikwe? This man wipes the floor with all the guys above yet he is nowhere to be found on anywhere.
