  • 1  Beetroot, medium-sized 
  • 2 Apples 
  • 1 Carrot 
  • 1 Orange 
  • ½ fresh lemon juice 
  • Little fresh parsley or any herb of your choice


  1. Wash and chop the fruits, place all the ingredients in a blender, smoothie maker or food processor and blend till smooth.
  2. Squeeze in the lemon juice and blend. Serve and enjoy. You can add little honey for extra taste. 

Tip: Smoothies taste better slightly chilled – always blend with a handful of ice or substitute with frozen fruits.
