Ingredients

Green smoothie

  • Water or Milk
  • Fruits & veggies combo: spinach, cucumbers, green apples, and lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Almond nuts for extra flavour
  • Oatmeal of your preference

Tip: select and combine your favourite and preferred fruits to create your desired lotsa fruits. Coffee and pastries of choice.

Method

  1. Wash all produce well
  2. Peel lemon and core apple
  3. Into blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth
  4. Prepare the oats according to the package directions.
  5. Serve the oatmeal with your green juice and lotsa fruits.
  6. Enjoy!
