Healthy Mixed Berry Breakfast Smoothie

  • 200 grams yogurt, plain
  • Runny honey 
  • 2 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 cup of each berry, fresh or frozen (plus extra to decorate)
    • Strawberries
    • Blackberries
    • Raspberries
    • Cranberries


  1. Put the yogurt, frozen berries, and honey into a blender/fruit mixer. Pour over the milk and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between glasses or clean jam jars. Sprinkle with the extra berries to serve.
  3. Enjoy!
