Ingredients

  • 1-piece ginger, peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled and diced
  • 1 pear, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup mint leaf
  • 1 large cup spinach, washed
  • 1 cup orange juice 

Preparation

  1. Place the ginger, banana, pear, mint, spinach and orange juice in a blender or food processor and blend until just combined and the mixture is smooth.
