for 2 servings
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 green apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Put the spinach and pineapple juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until just combined.
- Add in the ice and continue to blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately.
TIP: If you don’t want to use pineapple juice, then use flavoured low-fat yogurt of choice to achieve the desired taste.
