Orange, Lemon, Strawberry and Blueberry Infused Water
This homemade flavoured detox infused water is a tasty and healthy way to quench your thirst beautifully, helps with weight loss and body cleanse.
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 2 strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Prepare the fruits by and washing them, then slice the citrus.
- Slice the strawberries, and keep the blueberries whole.
- Place slices of lemon, orange, and the berries in a jar or fruit infuser drink bottle.
- Press on the strawberry slices lightly with a spoon to help some of the flavours seep into the water.
- Add water and cover, allow to chill in the fridge overnight, or if you want it soon, then allow to infuse at least 30 minutes.
